Ingredients
- Two pilsbury pizza dough rolls
- Pepperoni ( I used a half a pound from the deli)
- 1 package (16 oz) of mozzarella cheese
- 1 package (16 oz) of Parmesan cheese
- Italian season
- Garlic salt
- Vegetable oil
- butter
- Open the dough containers and spread them on large surface to make sure the dough is cut.
- Take about a square of dough at 4 inches long and make sure it is spread evenly.
- Cover the dough in oil, and then place 2 pieces of pepperoni on each square
- Cover the pepperoni with about a handful of Parmesan cheese and one handful of mozzarella cheese.
- Roll the square tightly and place on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Repeat until all the dough is cone
- Heat oven to 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes
- Serve with marinara sauce.
