Ingredients
- One 16oz box of pasta (your choice I used bow tie noodles)
 - 2 avocados pitted and scooped
 - 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
 - 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
- In a large pot boil your water, and once boiling add your pasta.
 - While your pasta is cooking combine all ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese in your food processor (if you don't have a food processor a blender will work)
 - Once pasta is done cooking add your avocado mixture to the pasta, and your Parmesan cheese
