My new addiction has been pinterest.  There has been a pin going around for pizza rolls and they looked so good so I took a look at a couple of recipes and made my own minature ones.

Ingredients
  • Two pilsbury pizza dough rolls
  • Pepperoni ( I used a half a pound from the deli)
  • 1 package (16 oz) of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package (16 oz) of Parmesan cheese
  • Italian season
  • Garlic salt
  • Vegetable oil
  • butter
Directions
  1. Open the dough containers and spread them on large surface to make sure the dough is cut.
  2. Take about a square of dough at 4 inches long and make sure it is spread evenly.
  3. Cover the dough in oil, and then place 2 pieces of pepperoni on each square
  4. Cover the pepperoni with about a handful of Parmesan cheese and one handful of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Roll the square tightly and place on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
  6. Repeat until all the dough is cone
  7. Heat oven to 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes
  8. Serve with marinara sauce.
