Corn Dog Muffins

One of the best things about the summer is going to carnivals or fairs and enjoying the nice weather.  You also can't forget the food.  One of my all time favorites is corn dogs.  I decided to try another recipe that is easier then the hot dog on a stick its a corn dog muffin.

Ingredients

• 1 package corn bread mix (I used Jiffy)
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup of milk
• 6 hot dogs

Directions

1. Make the corn bread according to the directions on the package
2. Cut the hot dogs into bite size pieces
3. Grease the muffin pans well
4. Place the corn bread mixture in the muffin tins
5. Add the cut up hot dogs into the muffin mixture
6. Bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes 

Final Product
