Ingredients
- 1 box of elbow noodles
- 1 small box of Velveeta cheese
- 2.5 bags of sharp Cheddar cheese ( I used one bag of white and one bag of orange)
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
- Cook elbow noodles to al dente
- While noodles are cooking cut the Velveeta into bite size pieces
- Once noodles are done drain them and add to a large bowl.
- Mix together both bags of cheese, half of the velveeta cheese, milk and egg.
- Spray a casserole dish, and transfer mixture to greased casserole dish.
- Place the rest of the velveeta cheese on top of mixture and add a half bag of sharp cheese
- Place in over at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
