- 14.5 oz can of chickpeas (drained)
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of cumin
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- Place your drained chickpeas into a food processor (or blender)
- Add the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth
- I used the chop and grind button on my food processor and it took about 2 minutes till it was the perfect texture.
