Ingredients
- 1 Can of chickpeas
- 25 fresh basil leaves
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Cut the grape tomatoes into fours and place into a bowl
- Chop your fresh basil and add to the tomatoes
- Add your garlic, vinegars, honey and salt
- Add the chickpeas and mix well
- Serve chilled
