Ingredients
- 2 bananas sliced
- 2 kiwis sliced
- 1 container of peach greek yogurt
- 1 container of strawberry greek yogurt
- 2.5 cups of ice
Directions
- Peel and cut bananas and kiwis, set aside in bowl
- Dump your containers of yogurt in the bottom of blender
- Place your ice on top of yogurt
- Place fruit on top of yogurt
- Blend on Medium high setting (or for our blender smoothie)
- Give it a good minute to get everything mixed up, if you need to stir it once to get the ice all in thats ok
- Let mix for another minute or so and serve
- After the smoothie was done and we tested it I put a teaspoon of sugar in, my friend however thought no sugar was needed so use your judgement
